STACY GREW UP ON A WHEAT FARM IN MONTANA AND KNOWS WHAT PEACE IS ALL ABOUT. SHE WENT TO SCHOOL TO BECOME A DENTAL ASSISTANT AND HAS BEEN IN THAT PROFESSION FOR OVER 31 YEARS. FOURTEEN YEARS AGO SHE WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT THAT CHANGED HER LIFE. SHE FOUND YOGA AND IT HELPED EASE HER PAIN. SHE IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE AND WANTED TO TEACH IT.

SHE TOOK YOGAFIT LEVEL 1 IN HUDSON, WISCONSIN. SHE THEN TOOK COREPOWER'S 200-HR CERTIFICATION TRAINING. AND, SHE KEEPS ON ADDING TO HER KNOWLEDGE BASE. SHE'S TRAINED IN YIN YOGA, YOGAFIT THERAPEUTIC BACK, YOGAFIT SWEAT, YOGAFIT SENIORS, YOGAFIT STRENGTH, YOGAFIT PRE/POSTNATAL, AND YOGAFIT AYURVEDA AND YOGA TRAINING. SHE ALSO IS CURRENT IN CPR, AED, AND FIRST AID. STACY IS HAPPY TO BE PART OF THE IN BALANCE YOGA & FITNESS TEAM AND LOOKS FORWARD TO BRINGING YOGA TO EVERYONE SHE MEETS.

SHE WAS AMAZED AT THE MIND AND BODY BENEFITS DERIVED FROM INCORPORATING YOGA IN HER LIFE. DEB ALSO FOUND SHE COULD TAKE THE YOGI PHILOSOPHY FROM THE MAT AND EXTEND IT TO H

WANTING TO SHARE THE GIFT OF YOGA WITH OTHERS, DEB HAS BEEN TEACHING GENTLE/INTERMEDIATE FLOW YOGA CLASSES THE PAST FOUR YEARS AND HAS RECENTLY COMPLETED HER 200 RYT HOURS INSTRUCTOR TRAINING WITH YOGAFIT. DEB’S PASSION IS A YOGA FLOW OF GENTLE/INTERMEDIATE POSES FOLLOWED WITH A GUIDED RELAXATION AT THE END OF CLASS.
WHILE DEB IS A NATIVE OF RIVER FALLS, SHE CALLS THE BIG RIVER AREA (BETWEEN PRESCOTT AND ELLSWORTH) HOME WITH HER HUSBAND. THEIR FAMILY INCLUDES TWO ADULT SONS, ONE DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AND TWO ADORABLE GRANDDAUGHTERS. OF THE MANY ROLES DEB HAS, HER MOST CHERISHED IS BEING “GRANDMA DEBBY”!
ANGIE HAS BEEN PRACTICING MINDFUL YOGA FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS AND MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION FOR OVER SIX YEARS. FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS, SHE HAS BEEN A STUDENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS MEDICAL SCHOOL FOR MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR). SHE HAS OVER 800 HOURS OF MINDFULNESS TEACHER TRAINING AND IS A QUALIFIE

ANGIE IS A PROUD MEMBER OF THE RECOVERY COMMUNITY. FOLLOWING HER OWN STRUGGLES WITH ADDICTION AND MENTAL ILLNESS, ANGIE DISCOVERED MINDFULNESS AND CREDITS HER PRACTICES AS A KEY TO REOVERY. SHE HAS TWO BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS AND GRANDAUGHTERS. SHE LIVES WITH HER MOM AND HER SON IN RIVER FALLS.
